Health Tips for Office Dwellers

Sitting at a desk all day can put a damper on your health. If you work in an office, try these tips to stay healthy and keep your mind sharp.

  1.   ​ Break up your work into 25 minute segments, with 5 minute breaks in between (Pomodoro method)

  2.    Pack healthy lunches and snacks

  3.    Get a standing desk

  4.    Get up at least every hour (refill your water, stretch your legs, and give your eyes a break)

  5.    Go outside and walk on your lunch break
